Geography
Geography is studied for five years up to and including GCSE.
Year 7, 8 and 9 follow the National Curriculum key Stage 3 Programme of Study which gives pupils the opportunity to investigate places and themes across a whole range of scales, to develop geographical skills, to use an extended geographical vocabulary and to undertake fieldwork.
A range of teaching methods and activities are used to build upon the pupils’ natural enthusiasm for this subject.
