Arabic is taught in Year’s 7 – 9 to give students an introduction to basic contemporary Arabic.
The aims of studying Arabic language are:
- To offer insight in to appreciation of Arabic as the language of Islam and divine revelation (wahi) i.e The Holy Qur’aan and Hadith.
- To learn basic spoken Arabic for purposes of communication.
- Provide an option for students to become Alimah’s after completing GCSE’s,
